To which countries does Pepperholm ship?

  • We ship anywhere in the EU.
  • Shipping is free for orders of 1000 SEK/€100 and 50 SEK/€5 for orders under 1000 SEK/€100.
  • Contact us at support@pepperholm.com if you would like to place an order for delivery outside of the EU.

 

What service do you use to ship your prints?

We use DSV/Schenker for our standard deliveries. We use PostNord or DHL for special orders.   
   

 

How long will it take to receive my prints?

Our prints are usually delivered in Sweden 2–3 business days after your order is placed. In the rest of Europe delivery times are usually 4–7 business days.

 

Can I pick up my prints from your store in Malmö?

Web orders are for mail delivery only but most of our prints and tapestries are available at our Malmö store. You can send us an email to support@pepperholm.com to be sure that we have what you're looking for before you come in. Our opening hours are Wednesday–Friday 10-17 and Saturday 11-16.  

Does Pepperholm sell frames?

We do not sell frames at this time. All of our prints are sold without frames and shipped in tubes.

What is Pepperholm’s refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your tapestry. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

You may return your order within 14 days for a full refund. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost. If you’ve opened your tapestry, please take care to return it in the condition it arrived. You can send returns to:

If you're in Sweden we can provide you with a return label for dropoff at a PostNord service center. Return postage by PostNord costs 145 kr (300 kr for 140x110 tapestries). Contact us at support@pepperholm.com to request a return label.  

All items purchased in December can be returned until January 15 for a full refund or exchange.

If your order is incorrect or damaged please contact support@pepperholm.com and include your order number as well as a description of the issue. If you are reporting damage, please include photos of the damage.

If an order is returned to us because it wasn't collected at the delivery point, we deduct a SEK 300 handling fee from your refund to cover the return shipping costs we are charged.

 

What is Pepperholm’s privacy policy?

We don't share your personal information with anyone except the shipping company that delivers your prints. Our email list is opt-in only, so you won’t receive any marketing emails from us unless you want them.
