An exquisitely composed winterscape in muted colors, Moon and grass is from Kamisaka Sekka’s 1909 book Momoyogusa (Flowers of a Hundred Worlds). This peaceful nature scene is typical of the motifs in the book, which is a collection of art and poetry. Our reproduction of the woodblock print is printed with archival inks on art paper.
