Swedish artist Anders Zorn (1860–1920) was a master of light and ambience. We’ve reproduced three of his drypoint etchings, a technique where an artist draws directly into a copper plate using a stylus with a sharp point. This 1895 print of a bather in shadow perfectly captures the quality of midday summer sunlight in a Swedish archipelago. We’ve reproduced this print at its actual size. The impression area is 158 x 238 mm.
